Finance

The Finance Committee shall be composed of three members who shall audit The Academy's financial records annually.  The committee shall review the annual financial report, provide an evaluation of financial records and practices, and present its report to the Council at the annual meeting.  The chair shall serve on the Budget Committee.  The committee shall be responsible for the adequate bonding of all officers, committees and appointees having charge of funds or investments of The Academy.
