The 136th Annual Academy Meeting will be held virtually this year.  All abstracts, presentations, and posters must be uploaded between January 11 and February 15, 2021.  See all guidelines below for your presentation type.

***Abstract submission must still be done through the IAS website, using the link in your Member Center.***



Oral Research Presentation

There are 3 submissions due by February 15th for an Oral Section Research presentation:
  1. 1. A 300-word abstract submitted through the Member Center at the Indiana Academy of Science Website. (This abstract is what will be  sent to your Section Chair for review and approval.)
  2. 2. An Oral Presentation video recording of your research--- no longer than 10 minutes.  
  3. 3. A very short Bio Slide
 
The Section Research Presentation Guidelines page will show you how to prepare for your Oral Section Research presentation, where to upload your video recording and your very short Bio Slide, and how each of your submissions will be used.

Poster Presentation

There are 3  submissions due by February 4th for a Poster presentation of your research:
  1. 1. A 300-word abstract submitted through the Member Center at the Indiana Academy of Science Website. (This abstract is what will be  sent to your Section Chair for review and approval.)
  2. 2. A digital rendering of your Poster.
  3. 3. A very short Bio Slide.
 
The Poster Presentation Guidelines page will show you how to prepare and where to upload the digital rendering of your Poster and your very short Bio Slide.
