Science with a Twist – March 20th, 6:30 – 8:30 PM (With Optional Lab Crawl, Starting at 4:00 PM)

The Science and Society Committee would like to invite you to Indianapolis’s next “Science with a Twist” event: Useful Nonsense (Mediated mRNA Decay) For Trying Times, presented by Dr. Lauren Woodward. Through this event, we hope to connect with local scientists, engineers, students, K-12 educators, and science enthusiasts. All are encouraged to come, learn, enjoy, and network.

This event will take place at Krannert Hall, home of the Academy Office, 1100 W. 42nd Street, Indianapolis, from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.

In addition, this is your chance to participate in the new Lab Crawl as a free addition to the Science With A Twist ticket. The Lab Crawl will be on March 20th, beginning at 4:00 PM at Indiana Academy of Science’s New Office Space (Krannert Hall, 1100 W. 42nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208) and from there will visit the labs at IU School of Medicine, Marian University, and Butler University before returning to the Science With A Twist. Please note that there are limited space available for the Lab Crawl, so be sure to purchase early to ensure your seat!
